Every original work leaves the studio packed by hand and travels fully insured at sale value. The studio handles the work from the moment your order is confirmed until it is hanging on your wall — and remains responsible for it for the life of the piece.

- § 01 · Day 0
Order confirmed
Within 24 hours of your order or accepted inquiry, the studio confirms by email and the work is reserved in your name. The piece is removed from public listings the moment it is reserved.
Payment may be made in full or in two stages (50% on confirmation, 50% prior to despatch). All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
- § 02 · Days 2 – 7
Hand-packed in studio
Paintings are wrapped in archival glassine, sandwiched between rigid archival foam, and sealed in a custom-built timber crate sized to the work. Sculptures travel in custom timber crates with corner blocks and impact protection. Jewellery is sealed in tarnish-resistant pouches inside a hand-finished presentation box.
Every package is photographed before sealing and the photographs are kept on file in case of any transit incident.
- § 03 · Days 7 – 21
Insured, tracked shipping
Shipped fully insured for the full sale value via specialist art-logistics partners. A tracking link is sent the moment the work leaves the studio. Domestic dispatch from Melbourne; international from Melbourne to most major capitals worldwide.
Indicative transit times: 2 – 5 working days within Australia · 7 – 14 working days to North America, Europe, UK · 14 – 21 working days elsewhere. Customs and duties (where applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
- § 04 · On arrival
Hanging & commissioning
White-glove delivery and on-site placement is available in metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane at no additional cost. Elsewhere, the studio offers an optional video-call consult to position and light the work.
The signed Certificate of Authenticity travels separately by registered post. A condition report and care card are included with every work.

Domestic Australian shipping is included with every original work. International rates are quoted at cost — the studio absorbs handling, packing materials and insurance.

Customs duties, import taxes and any local handling fees outside Australia are the buyer's responsibility. Quotes provided on request.

14-day approval
If the work is not right in your space, return it within 14 days of delivery in original packaging for a full refund of the sale price. Return shipping arranged by the studio.
Damage in transit
In the unlikely event of transit damage, photograph the package before opening and contact the studio within 48 hours. Insurance covers full replacement value or hand-repair by the artist, whichever you prefer.
Lifetime studio support
The studio remains responsible for every work it makes. Restoration, re-finishing, re-framing and re-installation are handled directly by the artist for the life of the work, anywhere in the world.
